I watched it, and it wasnt the the lack of promotion from Paris Hilton that caused it to bomb - it was the poorly written script, dodgy camera angles, pathetic plot and despicably low-budgetesque feel to the film! Not to mention that there was no big premiers, major television advertising, interviews with any of the other cast or any magazine coverage of the film (in the UK anyways)!
Brand Paris is gold dust, and to think she didnt want to promote her film is ridiculous - all she does is promote herself anyways, it wouldnt make a big difference to mention she was in a film - and might i point out she was barely in it!
Unless she watched the film after it had been filmed, or got round to reading more than her scenes and found out the film was shockingly bad, and discredit her as an actress. (like ‘The Hottie and The Nottie’ did in the end)
